Payton, due to the remarkable generosity of her breeder, Pam Bethke of Doxikota Dachshunds, will spend most of her showing career here at Ruger. Her dam, CH Mali, is my all time favorite of Pam's bitches and she is also dam to our lovely CH Ryan.

Payton is the quietest of my dogs; she rarely barks. She does hate squirrels and rats; she shakes and drools when sees them and she occasionally get mad enough to bark at both. She loves men and children. When kids emit that ear piercing shrill scream, she RUNS TO them! LOL! She loves nothing better than to hang out in the sun or on the couch. She's a thoughtful, intelligent girl, that's for certain. She has a beautiful, girly head and a pretty front profile. Her coat is incredible, harsh, thick and double-coated. When I strip all of her out coat, she looks like a smooth with a beard. She does everything on HER terms, but she's so nice about it, no one minds.

Tater finishes her Championship with her 4th major handled by our friend, Holly Jorgensen	Tate's 1st major at a little over 1 year of age	Payton earns a 2nd in the Open stake; she only needs a 1st in the field to finish her FC and be a Dual...sigh.It will be on HER terms, dontcha know!
