Tania's Pedigree

Tania was a gift to me from Valerio Hernandez of Sunrise Dachshunds. Valerio bred Reilly's sire and thought that Tania would be a good match for Reilly in my quest (and his) to breed the smooth Sunrise type in a wirehaired coat. Of course, I also have the goal to not sacrifice hunting ability or biddability and thankfully, those qualities are ones which Sunrise dogs have in abundance.

She has been here since she was not quite 2 years of age and I love her quirky nature....she is very lovey and affectionate with me, but she is really a one person kind of dog. She will love you if I am not around, but as soon as I appear, you disappear...little bugger! Tania's goal is to one day suffocate me with kisses!! LOL!

I forever appreciate and love Val for his trust in me and always accepting me for who I am. I love you, Val!

The Puerto Rican Princess didn't have any trouble adjusting to snow! :)
